2. Events you registered for
If your question is about a specific event, such as a schedule change, a refund the host promised, or how they used your registration details, start with the host. Their contact details are on the event page. Espeya can help you reach them if you cannot, but the host is responsible for the event itself. Write to roni.bhakta@espeya.com with the event link and we will try to connect you.
3. What to include
A useful message includes:
- The email on your Espeya account (or the one you used to register)
- The event URL or title, if relevant
- An order or payment reference, if you are writing about money
- A short description of what went wrong and what you need
Do not send card numbers, UPI PINs, or one-time passwords. We will never ask for them by email.
4. Response time
We aim to reply within a few business days. Privacy requests under India’s DPDP Act or the GDPR are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Urgent payment failures or locked-out accounts get priority. Say so in the subject line.
